How much do the services cost and what’s the price for signing up a shop?

The price of signing up a shop to the system depends on which of the Assist's partner banks the shop signs an agreement with.
The following fees will be charged for payments:
Signing up to the system costs RUB 2,990.
A transaction commission fee is calculated at the Assist's rates and acquiring bank's rates. The rate depends on the type of business and volume of payments.
We won’t charge any subscription fee; settlements are made within 1 to 3 days from the authorisation date.

How long does it take to sign up?

How long does it take to sign up?

Usually it takes from two to six weeks to sign up to the Assist system. The most time is needed by the bank security service to check the shop, enter into an agreement, and follow other bank's procedures. The technical process of signing-up usually takes less than one day on the Assist side.

How will our partnership be formalised legally?

How will our partnership be formalised legally?

To sign up to Assist, the shop should enter into an agreement with one or more banks (depending on the selected range of payment means). An agreement should be made with legal entities of any form or with individual entrepreneurs registered in Russia. A bank cannot enter into an agreement with individuals.

You should act according to the instructions using the Forgot your password? link or contact the Assist's technical support service at support@assist.ru. In the message, you should specify the name of your shop and its ID number issued upon signing up to the Assist system.

We need to make a refund to a buyer. How can we do that?

To make a refund to the buyer's bank card, you will need to get to your Back Office, select the payment and refund it online. You may also use one of Assist's web services using the specification (see 4.1. Payment Cancellation and Refund).
